The Annual Electors Annual Parish Meeting for Hinton Blewett was held at 7.00pm on Thursday 16th May 2024 at Hinton Blewett Village Hall:
Councillors Present: C Elliott, D Cox, D Duckett (Chairman), D Huffadine (Vice Chairman) and P Young
Also Present: Philip Edwards (Clerk)
1. WELCOME BY CHAIRMAN
A welcome was receied from Cllr Duckett, Chairman of Hinton Blewett Parish Council
2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES FOR THE 2023 APM
The minutes for the Annual Parish Meeting held on 18th May 2023 were approved as an accurate record and signed by the Chairman
3. CHAIRMAN’S REPORT
A report was received from Cllr Duckett, Chairman of Hinton Parish Council
4. PARISH GRANTS AWARDED IN 2023/24
Grants awarded in the 2023/24 Year:
- Hinton Blewett Village Hall: £350
5. REPORT FROM DISTRICT COUNCILLOR
There was no report from District Councillor David Wood.
6. OPEN FORUM
There were no questions or discussion of parish affairs raised by those present at the meeting.
7. CONCLUDING REMARKS
The Chairman closed the meeting at 7.30pm
