The Hinton Blewett Conservation Area Appraisal was started by the Parish Council in 2010 and the final draft was completed in 2012 with considerable help from Owen Broadway. Following a public consultation process by B&NES, the appraisal was adopted in July 2014. The Parish Appraisal is a material consideration in the determination of future planning applications.
